Ball joints, Tie rod ends spindle nuts ETC. ❐ Uncrate Unit ❐ Drive chain: lube and adjust ❐ Inspect for shipping damage ❐ Check day safety light, tail light, brake light, ❐ Install handle bars and torque per spec. and turn signals (European) for proper operation ❐ Install front and rear wheels and torque per spec. ❐ Check and ensure proper tire inflation ❐ Check transmission oil level ❐ Check starter for proper operation of lock-out ❐ Check all bolts & nuts for tightness Starter should not operate unless brake is on. ❐ Check exhaust to cylinder bolts for correct torque ❐ Purge old fuel from system ❐ Install all cotter pins ❐ Check front and rear brakes for proper operation. ❐ Do not add electrolyte to battery until 24 hours Adjust cables or bleed brakes if necessary. before delivery. ❐ Purge old fuel from system ❐ Immediately charge battery per the manufacturer’s ❐ Clean old test fuel from carb specifications ❐ Check for fuel and oil leaks ❐ Check and ensure proper throttle operation.
